Scott County, Iowa Governance Study

In January 2006 Hennen Library Consulting finished working with a team headed by Jennifer Wilding of KC Consensus on forms of library governance in the Quad Cities area of Iowa. 

The libraries of Scott County requested an objective outsider's look at ways to provide citizens with better and more efficient services. The libraries requested a final report that includes a range of options. The final report was to include likely staff, Board, and public reaction to each option.

The full report was issued in January of 2006.
